Damon is a graduate of Texas A&M University at College Station and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science.
Damon is responsible for the direct supervision and oversight control of construction activities on all project job sites. He has over sixteen years of experience building commercial and residential construction projects. Damon’s hands on approach in every aspect of the field has resulted in the ability to closely monitor and coordinate numerous subcontractors and suppliers in order to complete each project meeting the clients objectives. Responsibilities include oversight of Safety, Quality Control, Scheduling, Budgeting and Contract Conformance.
Damon worked with SpawGlass Construction for a number of years prior to joining The Gonzalez Group. His participation and contribution to the $80M Austin Convention Center Project counts as only one of many achievements in his career.
Some key areas of his training include Adult CPR/ Pediatric CPR, Essential First Aid, OSHA 10 Hour, OSHA Compliance 12 Hour, SureTrack Project Scheduling Software and Prolog Project Management.
Michael is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has a Bachelor of Arts with a Degree in Economics.
Michael is responsible for the overall operations of the company including oversight of estimating, management, purchasing, financial and overall direction of the company. He has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry involving all aspects including commercial, multifamily, public and private construction projects. Michael works closely with management to help facilitate the progress of each of the projects to ensure that project goals are met.
Prior to forming The Gonzalez Group, Michael worked several years with SpawGlass Construction, one of Texas’ premier construction companies that has been consistently ranked in the top five of contracting companies. Some notable projects while at SpawGlass include the $80M Pearland High School and the $30M Bright Athletic Complex at Texas A&M University at College Station.
Tony is a graduate of Texas A&M University at College Station and has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Degree in Finance.
Tony is responsible for the Project Management of construction activities for various projects and is personally involved with each one. He has over twenty-five years of experience in both multifamily residential and commercial construction projects. Tony works closely with owners, representatives, design consultants and subcontractors in order to help facilitate the progress and meet all project expectations.
Prior to joining his brothers, Tony worked with a few local prominent developers such as Trammell Crow and The Hanover Company and has participated in the development and construction of over 7,000 apartment units representing over $380M.
