The celebration was held at the Gonzalez headquarters, located in Houston’s Galleria area.

Hycohen Residences Apartment Homes

This exciting new project is scheduled to break ground in the 2nd quarter of 2022. The project is a 210 residential unit, 3-story, garden-style apartment community located in south Houston. The community includes seven buildings, one leasing and resident amenity building, swimming pool, surface parking and landscape features. Finishes feature 9-foot ceilings, granite countertops, and a complete stainless steel appliance package. Modern finishes include European cabinets, wood-styled flooring, LED lighting, undermount sinks, walk in closets, and balconies with storage closets.

Multi-service centers are at the heart of City of Houston communities, providing a wide range of services to fulfill the needs of area residents. This 85,000 square foot facility incorporates both social and recreational services under one barrel-vaulted roof. The project includes a senior citizens center, day care with an adjacent playground, classrooms, family counseling area, offices, clothing pantry, and food pantry. A full-size NBA basketball court can be divided into two areas, with seating for 800 people. Locker and shower areas, two kitchens, conference rooms, and hobby/crafts rooms further enhance the facilities available.
