Logenbaugh at Greenhouse Road, Houston, TexasThe project is for Harris County Precinct No. 03 and is a 21,104 SF building that will serve as a local Community Center. The building includes numerous rooms, offices, a warming kitchen, library, multi-purpose rooms, lounges and storage rooms and a sizable parking area.
The exterior façade will include cement fiber board and cultured stone as well as a standing metal seam roof.
